Why is my order taking longer than expected?
All products are print on demand, meaning manufacturing starts right after you place your order. Additionally, I manually verify orders, which can add a bit of extra processing time.
On rare occasions, you may have ordered an out-of-stock item—but don’t worry! My system ensures you’ll still receive what you paid for, even if it takes a little longer. Since my store isn’t integrated directly with the manufacturer’s inventory, out-of-stock items aren’t flagged right away. If an item is unavailable, the manufacturer will likely partner with another supplier to fulfill your order, which may even speed up the process.
I strive to keep my products more affordable than those on bigger platforms, so I hope that helps make up for any wait!

Well, you’re talking to customer service—just me! I run everything myself, and while I initially thought the print-on-demand (POD) provider would handle transactions, shipping, and support, I’ve learned that I need to communicate with them directly on your behalf.

How do I book pet sitting?
You’ll find a link to my Rover profile here on the site. There, you’ll see detailed information about the specific pet services I offer and the types of animals I accept into my care.
Since Rover is a trusted platform, you’ll complete your booking and payment directly through their app, not on this website. Keep in mind that I primarily accept requests from South Georgia residents. If you’re outside my area, Rover will suggest other local sitters who may be available to help.
How often do you post on YouTube?
I typically upload videos every 1 to 2 days, but lately, I’ve scaled back to focus on business matters. Balancing a full-time hospital job, an online store, pet sitting bookings, and content creation is no small feat!
